Felipe Tosso celebrates his 50 years and 20 years in Viña Ventisquero

This month we want to make special mention to our chief winemaker at Viña Ventisquero who turned 50 years old on January 27. This 2020, Felipe Tosso also celebrates 20 years of working at our vineyard. He started on 2000 after touring and working in the most important areas for the wine industry, such as the Napa and Sonoma valleys in the United States, Barossa in Australia and some emblematic valleys in Argentina, France, Spain and Italy.

For him, making wine is inspiration. Making wines consists in transmitting the personality of each vineyard, expressing the character of the vines and reflecting that love and work in the final product. On 2012 he was chosen as “Chilean Winemaker of the Year” by the Circle of Gastronomic Chroniclers of Chile. Happy Birthday Felipe!
