John Duval visits Brazil and Chile

The Australian John Duval has been an important advisor and partner in the development of Syrah for Viña Ventisquero since the beginning. In November, Duval traveled to Latin America, first to Brazil with the chief winemaker of Viña Ventisquero Felipe Tosso and the wine importer in that country, Cantú and then to Chile.

In Brazil he had an important agenda starting with a meeting at the renowned DOM restaurant with his owner Gabriela Monteleone and a group of sommeliers where he presented his own line of wines and some of Ventisquero such as Pangea, Grey GCM and Tara. In Chile, he visited Apalta and Maipo working with our chief winemaker, Felipe Tosso.
