An eternal classic: Ventisquero Grey Cabernet Sauvignon

2001 was the first vintage of this classic and much-loved wine. We have a secret to share about our special and elegant Ventisquero Grey Cabernet Sauvignon: a little Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc have been added to enhance its complexity.

This Ventisquero classic comes from Block 38 in our Trinidad vineyard, which is located in the coastal part of the Maipo Valley (Maipo Costa). It has aromas of red fruit and cassis intermingled with black pepper. In the mouth, it has the typical Cabernet Sauvignon structure with excellent tannins that make it ideal for pairing with different types of meat.
