Summer red: Enjoy Ventisquero Grey Pinot Noir

Did you know this time of year is not just for white wine? Warm weather and verandas invite us to try other options. Grey Pinot Noir is an excellent option as it is best enjoyed between 14 and 15°C.

From the Las Terrazas vineyard in the Leyda Valley, 7 kilometers from the Pacific Ocean, this wine features red fruit aromas like berries, blueberries, raspberries and black plum, accompanied by soft, rounded tannins.

Ventisquero Grey Pinot Noir is aged in 300-liter French oak barrels for 12 months. It is an ideal pairing for duck, other types of meat, salads and cheeses.

Its creator, Felipe Tosso, explains more in this video.
