#TimeToGrill: Ventisquero Grey Merlot with camembert cheese and grilled rosemary grapes

INGREDIENTS 1 Camembert cheese 1 small bunch of green grapes 1 small bunch of red grapes 1 t of butter 1 t of fresh rosemary, finely chopped Olive oil A selection of nuts

PREPARATION 1- Put a cast iron skillet on the grill, and once hot add a little olive oil and brown the grapes. When they begin to change color, add the butter and rosemary, and cook for just a few minutes until the grapes are golden. 2- Brush the camembert with a thin layer of olive oil and put on the grill. Leave for 3-4 minutes per side or until it’s golden and melted on the inside. 3- Serve the hot camembert together with the roasted grapes and nuts of your choice.
