Pangea and Herú in the top 100 of Chile on 2020 according to James Suckling

In his annual report, the famous American wine critic, James Suckling chose the 100 best Chilean wines, among them Pangea and Herú.

In this special year, the wine critic was unable to travel to the wine-producing countries and had to taste different wines from home. However, he highlighted the quality of the Syrah and Pinot Noir wines, which in Chile, especially, have taken an increasing role.

Ventisquero was present with two wines on the list of the best in Chile. Herú Pinot Noir 2018 took the lead with 94 points. A wine that is born in the cold coastal valley of Casablanca and that is a faithful exponent of the purity of Chilean pinot noir. The other chosen one was Pangea Syrah 2016 from the Apalta Valley. Another icon of the Ventisquero line whose elaboration includes the expertise of the Australian winemaker John Duval and that of the Chilean winemaker Felipe Tosso.

Once again these recognitions show the consistency and solidity of Ventisquero wines.
