Roblería Vineyard
Apalta, Colchagua Valley

Birthplace of our great red wines. The vineyard consists of 66 hectares of vines planted on slopes which are drip-irrigated with water from deep wells. At full production, yields of some 7 tonnes per hectare can be expected. The vines are trained along a VSP system.

There is a prolonged dry season with winter temperatures averaging a minimum of 2°C and a maximum of 15°C. In summer, the average minimum temperature is 12°C and the maximum temperature is 31°C.

Alluvial in formation, the soil is loamy clay on the slopes and sandy loam in the flat areas.

RAINFALL

RAINFALL
The annual average rainfall is 750 mm, which mainly falls between May and September.

Ubicación

The vineyard is located in the Colchagua Valley, 160 km to the south-west of Santiago and 10 km from Santa Cruz in the VI Region.
